Phase I

The company will start with the establishment of a job website, http://www.caribpop.biz. The primary focus of the site is college students. Currently the site is operational and has over 60,000 jobs posted, and our goal is to grow to and maintain 100,000 jobs. Starting October 2009 we will begin the marketing of our services to employers throughout the United States. Key senior sales associates have joined caribpop.biz. These representatives will begin to secure a sales force across the country that will number in the thousands. This agent program will assure the company that all major markets will be serviced.

Phase II

As a next generation company, Green Planet utilizes its unique technologies to process fruit, vegetables, and other organic matter into byproducts sold for commercial use while at the same time improving the health of the general population and environment. These goals will allow Green Planet to become one of the largest producers worldwide of citrus and pineapple derivatives in short period of time, and accordingly, benefit our stockholders through earnings.
